According to Beth Malow, MD, director of the Vanderbilt Sleep Disorders Center in Nashville, quality sleep for 7-9 hours will make us more beautiful. When we have trouble for sleep at night, Malow suggested to take a shower or soak in warm water for about 10 minutes.
"This will make our body temperature becomes warmer and invites us to close my eyes," he said.
